  • Recommended Homeowner’s insurance coverage for potential assessments should be $26,000 per unit. This is to cover increased wind & hail deductible coverage.

  • April to November:

    Landscape crew on-site Fridays midday

    Auto sprinklers on rolling schedule early evening.

  • Per our charter, all homeowners are encouraged to attend the two General Meetings, April and November.

    Homeowners are welcome to attend monthly Board Meetings.
